A very long life of our Opal products is assured if customers follow the minimum care instructions on the Story and Guarantee Cards. Note: Vanessa Australia does not use synthetic Opals. Product Packaging Our quality product is presented either on hangsell cards or boxed. Every item has two numbers, even is packaged in boxes, odd is packaged as hang sell.
